Saving a village landmark.

Vacant for a decade and overlooked by the market, the Stamford Arms was a heritage building at real risk of loss. We acquired it within 48 hours of a failed auction. Over the next 18 months we worked with the National Trust, Cheshire East Council and the village on a scheme to restore it.
