Planning has been granted and a lease signed with Loco Padel for 17,000 sq ft within the Heritage Core at Rivington Chase. The covered courts will occupy the restored Loco Works buildings, bringing new life to the last surviving workshops of the historic site. Loco Padel is the first anchor occupier in a 32,000 sq ft mixed-use leisure destination at the heart of the regeneration, combining sport, wellbeing and community use.
