We buy mispriced secondary commercial property, often where ownership, leases or debt have become a problem, and work it: regears, lettings, capital projects and sales. Current focus: light industrial, medical and life science, offices across South Manchester and Greater Manchester.
Strategic land and regeneration
We promote land through planning and bring forward complex brownfield sites with councils and housebuilders. Master development partner to Bolton Council at Rivington Chase, Horwich.
Partnerships
We partner with families, capital providers and public bodies who want exposure to the North West without building a team. Novo Bluemantle is the model.
